Responsibilities
- Provide a unique customer experience and meet the challenges of the boutique and visitor center.
- Communicate the brand's values, heritage, ambitions, and creativity.
- Advise French and international clients on all product categories available in the boutique.
- Offer excellent service, develop a deep understanding of clients, and identify their desires.
- Adapt to each client and situation in a constantly evolving environment.
- Take initiatives to achieve and exceed objectives and collective challenges.
- Ensure client well-being and propose memorable experiences in partnership with colleagues and the boutique manager.
- Research requested information and find solutions to prevent client uncertainty.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships and contribute to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) development.
- Participate in inventory, stock supply, and organization.
- Manage administrative tasks related to shipments.
- Ensure the boutique's upkeep and assist with merchandising changes.
- Stay informed about industry news.
- Control cash flow and manage cash registers according to existing procedures.
- Occasionally perform ticket sales, guided tours, and sommelier-related tasks.
Qualifications
- Bac + 2 in sales or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or luxury hospitality
- Fluent in French and English, with a third language being a plus
