Responsibilities
- Provide a unique customer experience and meet the challenges of the boutique and visitor center.
- Communicate the company's values, heritage, ambitions, and creativity.
- Advise French and international clients on all product categories available in the boutique.
- Offer excellent service, develop a deep understanding of clients, and identify their desires.
- Adapt to each client and situation in a constantly evolving environment.
- Take initiatives to achieve and exceed objectives and tackle collective challenges with the team.
- Ensure client well-being and offer a memorable experience in collaboration with colleagues and the boutique manager.
- Research requested information and find solutions to ensure clients are never left waiting.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships and contribute to Customer Relationship Management (CRM) development.
- Participate in inventory, stock replenishment, and organization.
- Manage administrative tasks related to shipments.
- Maintain the boutique's appearance and assist with merchandising changes.
- Stay informed about industry news.
- Control cash flow and manage cash registers according to existing procedures.
- Occasionally perform ticket sales, guided tours, and sommelier roles based on skills and site requirements.
Qualifications
- Bac + 2 in sales or equivalent
- Fluent in French and English, with a third language being an advantage
