- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries via email, phone, and online ticketing systems.
- Advise clients on the most suitable oenotouristic experiences based on their profiles and the offerings of the champagne houses.
- Coordinate client relations with front office teams, ensuring seamless communication and information flow.
- Participate in the development and promotion of new offerings at the request of the champagne houses.
- Oversee the commercialization of visit and reception products, tailoring bespoke offers to client needs.
- Organize and manage oenotouristic experiences in collaboration with front office teams.
- Promote and construct personalized client offerings, including site visits and educational tours.
- Manage the online booking and planning tools, including offer creation and pricing.
- Handle online sales, customer service, and refunds.
- Address client complaints and feedback directly or through customer service channels.
- Maintain and update information on various digital and tourist platforms.
- Stay informed about Champagne's tourist and oenotouristic offerings.
- May represent the brand at external events and exhibitions.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in tourism, hospitality, or commercial fields.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluency in French and English; proficiency in a third language is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills and customer relationship management.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Adaptability and agility in dynamic environments.
- Analytical skills and commercial acumen.
