MHCS Oenology Development Intern

- Support the operational implementation of an oenological project within the Quality & Development Oenology Department, focusing on Maison Ruinart.
- Develop the experimental specifications, including conducting bibliographic studies and organizing internal documentation.
- Engage with scientific partners such as laboratories and equipment suppliers, and draft experimental protocols.
- Perform analytical measurements on viticultural and physiological aspects of grapes, particularly during the veraison period, and organize the resulting data.
- Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including viticultural and oenological services and external scientific partners.
- Interpret results and compile trial evaluations.
- Collaborate closely with a counterpart responsible for a similar project on black grape varieties.
- Enrollment in a DNO program, engineering, viticulture-oenology training, or a master's in wine studies.
- Excellent writing and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt to diverse internal and external interlocutors.
- Teamwork proficiency while managing projects autonomously.
- Strong knowledge of the wine industry and a sensitivity to sustainable development.
- Motivation, curiosity, and an appreciation for both research and fieldwork.
- Proficiency in English and computer tools.
No specific prior experience required, but a strong understanding of the wine industry is essential.
Enrollment in a DNO program, engineering, viticulture-oenology training, or a master's in wine studies.
