MHCS Oenology Development Intern

1. Support the operational implementation of an oenological project within the Quality & Development Oenology Department, focusing on Maison Ruinart.
2. Develop the experimental specifications, including conducting bibliographic studies and organizing internal documentation.
3. Engage with scientific partners such as laboratories and equipment suppliers, and draft experimental protocols.
4. Perform analytical measurements on viticultural and physiological aspects of grapes, particularly during the veraison period, and organize the resulting data.
5. Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, including viticultural and oenological services and external scientific partners.
6. Interpret results and compile trial evaluations.
7. Collaborate closely with a counterpart responsible for a similar project on black grape varieties.

1. Enrollment in a DNO program, engineering, viticulture-oenology training, or a master's in wine studies.

2. Ability to adapt to diverse internal and external interlocutors.
3. Teamwork proficiency while managing projects autonomously.
4. Strong knowledge of the wine industry and a sensitivity to sustainable development.
5. Motivation, curiosity, and an appreciation for both research and fieldwork.
6. Proficiency in English and computer tools.

No specific prior experience required, but a strong understanding of the wine industry is essential.
