MHCS HR Business Partner

- Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to co-develop and implement organizational, human, and social solutions that address operational challenges.
- Ensure alignment of organization, skills, and workforce with the needs of each function and proactively manage resource evolution.
- Contribute to recruitment needs assessment and oversee recruitment processes in collaboration with Talent Acquisition teams.
- Support managers and employees in HR processes and policies, including Health and Safety, Diversity & Inclusion, and HR project deployment.
- Ensure the effective execution of annual performance evaluations and associated action plans.
- Support managers in developing personal leadership and team dynamics, proposing solutions to enhance collective intelligence and coaching.
- Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring effective integration by managers.
- Facilitate constructive social dialogue within the designated scope, supporting the Social Relations Directorate.
- 10 to 15 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or similar role
