Dining Room Attendant

1. Ensure the quality of service to clients during tastings with brand ambassadors, sommeliers, and sales advisors.
2. Maintain the tasting areas, set up tables, serve and clear glasses and beverages during visits and 'By the Glass' tastings.
3. Manage the sommelier stations including salons, cellars, gardens, Grand Hall, and terraces.
4. Organize glass management and ensure the maintenance of service accessories.
5. Ensure the cleanliness of service areas and provide glasses and water for visitors.
6. Set and clear tables and store equipment.
7. Coordinate wine supplies with sommeliers and the administrative manager of the boutiques.
8. Support sommeliers, ambassadors, and sales advisors in service and hospitality tasks.
9. Ensure client service and act as a liaison between the office and client tables.
10. Record activity data for tastings.
11. Occasionally take orders and handle payments.

1. First experience in hospitality or catering.
2. Fluent in French and at least B1 level in English.
