MHCS Back Office Analyst Intern

- Support the back office manager for the Champagne Houses of Moët Hennessy.
- Assist in the commercialization of oenotourism experiences, including cellar tours, receptions, and events.
- Plan and manage experiences for VIP clients.
- Handle purchases and billing for all visitor centers.
- Conduct cost analysis on various subjects such as VIP transportation and service purchases.
- Provide process and expenditure distribution recommendations.
- Develop a budget model to anticipate expenses.
- Work on existing KPIs for different houses and propose their evolution.
- Curiosity and interest in management analysis.
- Desire to explore financial control in the context of visits and receptions.
- Proficiency in information systems.
- Mastery of Office 365 suite, including Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage priorities.
- Adaptability and responsiveness.
No prior experience required, but a keen interest in financial analysis and management is essential.
Bachelor's degree (BAC+4/+5) in Business School or equivalent university, with a focus on finance/management.
