MHCS Asset and Fixed Asset Accounting Intern

- Perform accounting tasks related to fixed assets, including monthly, quarterly, and annual closings.
- Participate in the accounting and monitoring of MHCS's fixed assets and investments, ensuring compliance with French and IFRS accounting standards.
- Identify fixed assets through analysis and decomposition of quotes using a component approach.
- Prepare and ensure monthly and annual closing tasks and LVMH reporting.
- Create allocation OTPs in SAP by filling in the asset record fields.
- Process purchase requests, ensuring accurate allocation.
- Manage relationships with operational teams.
- Control and account for invoices and advance payments for fixed assets.
- Manage supplier follow-ups.
- Identify asset categories according to component families.
- Create asset records and put assets into service.
- Transfer OTPs into SAP.
- Participate in closing activities: monthly, quarterly, and annual entries, current asset balances, Syrus.
- Perform controls and edit statements: general vs. auxiliary accounting (gross value, depreciation, advances, capital gains on disposals), statements of advances, acquisitions, disposals.
- Manage relationships with operational teams and specific project requests.
- Participate in the evolution projects of the asset department.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or equivalent (Bac +2)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, with experience in fixed assets being advantageous
