1. Serve as the brand ambassador for Métaphores, linking brand values with clients.
2. Increase showroom traffic and contribute to sales growth.
3. Ensure high-quality showroom presentation aligned with brand values.
4. Provide top-tier customer service for a luxury brand.
5. Identify and analyze specific client needs and provide project-based support.
6. Offer technical advice on color, materials, and product associations.
7. Promptly welcome clients and respond to calls and emails.
8. Handle customer complaints efficiently in collaboration with the Paris-based Client Relations team.
9. Actively participate in organizing showroom events.
10. Maintain showroom and display cleanliness and order.
11. Ensure timely installation of showroom displays according to company guidelines.
12. Manage showroom logistics, administration, and client inquiries.
13. Stay informed on market trends in upholstery fabrics.
14. Prepare and communicate monthly attendance reports.
15. Update and maintain weekly qualitative and quantitative reports for the sales team.
16. Prospect new clients and projects as directed.

1. Experience in high-end customer service or luxury product sales.
2. Technical knowledge of textiles with at least 5 years of experience in the textile industry.
3. Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in another language is appreciated.

Over 10 years of experience in sales and/or customer service, with a minimum of 5 years in the textile industry.

Limited contract for 6 months starting January 2025.
