Métaphores Showroom Sales Advisor

- Serve as the brand ambassador for Métaphores, enhancing showroom traffic and contributing to sales growth.
- Ensure the showroom presentation aligns with the brand's values and maintains high-quality customer service.
- Deliver exemplary service to clients, discerning their specific needs and providing tailored project support.
- Offer technical advice on color, materials, and product combinations.
- Promptly welcome clients and respond to phone and email inquiries.
- Resolve customer complaints within 72 hours in collaboration with the Paris-based Customer Relations team.
- Actively participate in organizing showroom events such as Paris Déco Off and client events.
- Over 10 years of experience in luxury sales or high-end customer service.
- At least 5 years of technical textile knowledge and experience in the textile industry.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory; additional language skills are advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, multitasking environment.
- Strong organizational skills and result-oriented approach.
- Capacity to manage stress during peak periods.
- Analytical thinking and digital proficiency.
Over 10 years in luxury sales or high-end customer service, with at least 5 years in the textile industry.
