- Serve as the brand ambassador for Métaphores, linking brand values with clients.
- Increase showroom traffic and contribute to sales growth.
- Ensure high-quality showroom presentation aligned with brand values.
- Provide top-tier customer service for a luxury brand.
- Identify and analyze specific client needs and provide project-based support.
- Offer technical advice on color, materials, and product associations.
- Promptly welcome clients and respond to calls and emails.
- Handle customer complaints efficiently in collaboration with the Paris-based Client Relations team.
- Actively participate in organizing showroom events.
- Maintain showroom and display cleanliness and order.
- Ensure timely installation of showroom displays according to company guidelines.
- Manage showroom logistics, administration, and client inquiries.
- Stay informed on market trends in upholstery fabrics.
- Prepare and communicate monthly attendance reports.
- Update and maintain weekly qualitative and quantitative reports for the sales team.
- Prospect new clients and projects as directed.
- Experience in high-end customer service or luxury product sales.
- Technical knowledge of textiles with at least 5 years of experience in the textile industry.
- Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in another language is appreciated.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.

Over 10 years of experience in sales and/or customer service, with a minimum of 5 years in the textile industry.
Limited contract for 6 months starting January 2025.
