- Manage and lead the showroom team, ensuring roles and tasks are clearly defined and monthly schedules are developed.
- Oversee the operational management of the showroom, including logistics, administration, maintenance, and security.
- Ensure the quality of service and visual merchandising standards are consistently met.
- Act as a brand ambassador, enhancing the brand's image and ensuring excellence in client reception and consultation.
- Identify and analyze specific client needs, providing tailored project-based support.
- Organize and animate client and prospect follow-ups, coordinating with the French commercial direction.
- Support commercial activity tracking, including order entry and sample management.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute showroom events with precision and elegance.
- Experience in retail and team management.
- Experience in high-end customer service and luxury product sales.
- Ability to autonomously organize events.
- Sensitivity to art, decoration, and design culture, with a strong professional network.
- Knowledge of the local upholstery fabric market is a plus.
- Proficiency in computer tools.
- Fluency in English is necessary; proficiency in another language is appreciated.
