- Assist Sales Managers in developing sales in France, Europe, and export markets.
- Create tools to facilitate sales management and conduct studies for better understanding of the product offering and competition.
- Structure and monitor activity reports and market studies.
- Conduct in-depth studies on collection performance.
- Update monthly dashboards and consolidate qualitative feedback from weekly sales meetings.
- Monitor competitive intelligence and provide regular reports on leading market brands.
- Support the commercial team with various operational tasks.
- Manage project tracking tables and prescriptions.
- Handle client database and prospecting: develop sales pitches, make outbound calls, follow up with clients, and send communication tools.
- Animate commercial tools specific to different client projects.
- Support the preparation of communication/client events: analyze client files, manage, and track invitations.
