- Implement the commercial policy within the designated zone through annual action plans developed with senior management.
- Propose and manage budget forecasts for sales revenue within the zone, ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints.
- Oversee the annual budget for complimentary sampling across various regions.
- Identify market needs and define development strategies for the zone.
- Propose effective actions and initiatives to drive revenue growth.
- Enhance development in priority markets, including establishing new partnerships in England, continuing growth in Italy and Switzerland, and restructuring efforts in Germany.
- Manage the zone with a focus on profit and loss, balancing revenue growth with cost efficiencies.
- Engage with the brand daily across each market through the agent/distributor network in collaboration with the customer service team.
- Present collections and participate in defined events (masterclasses/exhibitions) to highlight products to clients within the zone.
- Actively participate in visits to key clients.
- Precisely and rigorously manage each stakeholder (support, animation, follow-up proposals, response to projects and special requests).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience, ideally in the upholstery textile industry.
- Proficiency in managing a B2B network of agents/distributors.
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Italian or German is advantageous.
- Proficiency in computer tools, ERP environments, and social media platforms.
