- Handle customer inquiries via email.
- Receive and manage phone calls for the Customer Relations Service.
- Register and track orders, reservations, and pricing offers using the Solin software.
- Monitor shipments and returns in coordination with the workshop, logistics service, and carriers.
- Manage and resolve disputes and perform administrative tasks related to daily activities.
- Actively participate in the continuous improvement of the Service.
- Engage in occasional cross-functional missions with the Communication and Commercial Services.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written, for daily interactions with export clients.
- Organized, autonomous, proactive, committed, with excellent service orientation and interpersonal skills.
No prior experience required, though familiarity with customer service environments is advantageous.
