Alexander McQueen Visual Merchandising Manager

- Create and distribute detailed Visual Merchandising guidelines to regional retail stores, ensuring alignment with the brand's creative vision.
- Ensure consistency of Visual Merchandising implementation by closely collaborating with headquarters and gathering feedback for the corporate VM team.
- Collaborate with corporate retail operations, merchandising, and buying teams to provide necessary information and materials to retail teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for Visual Merchandising queries from regional and retail teams, escalating issues as needed.
- Provide administrative support, including managing expenses, travel arrangements, and diary management for the Worldwide VM Director.
- Oversee store setups, including window installations, and maintain display materials and prop inventory.
- Coordinate orders for regional stores, including new store openings, and manage the NSEA region's VM budget.
- Compile, present, and file store photo summaries for the VM team.
- Proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with experience in budget management.
- Knowledge of Photoshop/InDesign is desirable.
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and meet deadlines.
- Flexibility and ability to manage complexity.

Proven experience in Visual Merchandising within the luxury fashion industry, with a focus on regional management and budget oversight.
