- Maximize store performance to achieve targets and goals with a focus on team management and development.
- Lead and inspire the team to deliver exceptional service culture and client experience.
- Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business plans through performance analysis and action plans.
- Drive team performance to exceed financial targets and maximize sales.
- Represent the brand within the local market to increase foot traffic and build client relationships.
- Monitor team performance and propose action plans to meet targets.
- Ensure team develops full product knowledge through training and awareness of market trends.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure displays attract clients and maximize sales.
- Lead the execution of clienteling activities and develop actions to reach goals and KPIs.
- Manage customer complaints to maintain positive client relationships.
- Promote a positive team environment fostering trust, respect, and superior performance.
- Provide ongoing feedback and support to client advisors for their development.
- Conduct regular performance conversations and develop action plans for the team.
- Identify and propose talents within the team for internal development opportunities.
- Significant sales and team management experience within retail or service-related industry.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
