- Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing business plans by analyzing departmental performance and proposing relevant action plans.
- Drive team performance to exceed financial targets and maximize sales contributions.
- Represent the brand within the local market, identifying opportunities to increase foot traffic and build client relationships.
- Monitor team category performance and propose action plans to achieve targets.
- Ensure team develops comprehensive product knowledge and stays informed about market trends and competitors.
- Collaborate with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure displays attract clients and maximize sales.
- Lead and inspire the team to deliver superior client experiences and build long-lasting client relationships.
- Execute clienteling activities and manage customer complaints to maintain positive client relationships.
- Promote a positive team environment fostering trust, respect, and high performance.
- Provide ongoing feedback and conduct regular performance conversations with team members.
- Identify and develop talent within the team for internal development opportunities.
- Significant sales and team management experience within retail or a service-related industry.
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
