1. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and progress, and communicate updates to store colleagues to drive sales.
2. Assist new store employees in understanding product knowledge and sales processes.
3. Participate in sales and product displays across all categories.
4. Maintain awareness of inventory status and share information with store colleagues to ensure team success.
5. Understand store operational metrics and assist in handling weekly reports, responding promptly to dynamic changes.
6. Ensure consistent pre-sale and post-sale service levels in line with company standards to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty, thereby enhancing brand image.
7. Assist the team in handling customer complaints.
8. Support management and the company in maintaining and upgrading key store clients.
9. Stay updated on fashion trends and competitive landscape through various channels.

1. 5-6 years of relevant experience in luxury brands.
2. High level of responsibility and proactive work ethic.
3. Strong sales initiative and customer service awareness.

A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in the luxury fashion industry is required, with a proven track record in sales and customer service.
