- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and progress, and communicate updates to store colleagues to drive sales.
- Assist new store employees in understanding product knowledge and sales processes.
- Participate in sales and product displays across all categories.
- Maintain awareness of inventory status and share information with store colleagues to ensure team success.
- Understand store operational metrics and assist in handling weekly reports, responding promptly to dynamic changes.
- Ensure consistent pre-sale and post-sale service levels in line with company standards to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty, thereby enhancing brand image.
- Assist the team in handling customer complaints.
- Support management and the company in maintaining and upgrading key store clients.
- Stay updated on fashion trends and competitive landscape through various channels.
- 5-6 years of relevant experience in luxury brands.
- High level of responsibility and proactive work ethic.
- Strong sales initiative and customer service awareness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
A minimum of 5-6 years of experience in the luxury fashion industry is required, with a proven track record in sales and customer service.
