Alexander McQueen Store Operations Associate

- Ensure store operations align with company policies and guidelines.
- Conduct regular in-store checks and audits to maintain compliance.
- Support onboarding of new team members with operational policies.
- Liaise with external parties for permits and documentation.
- Assist in fire safety and health procedures implementation.
- Organize and execute in-store events.
- Manage product care and compliance with company guidelines.
- Oversee goods receipt, storage, and sales floor preparation.
- Coordinate shop-to-shop and returns transfers.
- Manage store maintenance and emergency repairs.
- Liaise with Loss Prevention and Security for store issues.
- Support after-sales processes and client updates.
- Maintain back-of-house standards for optimal client experience.
- Prepare and conduct inventory checks and reconciliations.
- Manage in-store damaged stock and monitor consignments.
- Coordinate cycle counts and minimize stock loss.
- Manage logistics and supplies, including packaging and shipping.
- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to managers.
- Previous experience in retail operations.
- Flexibility for travel and occasional weekend or evening shifts.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Motivated to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of delivering retail excellence.
- Ability to establish credibility with team members and external resources.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficient in managing logistics and inventory.
- Ability to deliver outstanding results and retail excellence.
Previous experience in retail operations is required, demonstrating the ability to help a retail business operate efficiently.
