1. Ensure store operations align with company policies and guidelines.
2. Conduct regular in-store checks and audits for compliance.
3. Support onboarding of new team members with operational guidelines.
4. Coordinate with external parties for necessary permits and documentation.
5. Assist in implementing Fire Safety & Health & Safety procedures.
6. Manage the setup and execution of in-store events.
7. Oversee product care and compliance with company standards.
8. Handle goods receipt, storage, and preparation for sales floor display.
9. Ensure compliance in shop-to-shop and returns transfers.
10. Manage store maintenance, including contractor and emergency repairs.
11. Liaise with Loss Prevention and Security for store issues.
12. Support after-sales processes and client communication.
13. Maintain back-of-house standards for optimal client experience.
14. Prepare and conduct inventory checks and reconciliations.
15. Manage damaged stock and monitor consignments.
16. Coordinate cycle counts and provide training to minimize stock loss.
17. Manage logistics, including packaging and shipping suppliers.
18. Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.

1. Previous experience in retail operations.
2. Flexibility for regular travel and occasional weekend or evening shifts.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Proven track record of delivering retail excellence.
6. Ability to establish credibility with team and external resources.
7. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
