Alexander McQueen Store Operations Associate

- Ensure store operations align with company policies and guidelines.
- Conduct regular in-store checks and audits for compliance.
- Support onboarding of new team members with operational guidelines.
- Coordinate with external parties for necessary permits and documentation.
- Assist in implementing Fire Safety & Health & Safety procedures.
- Manage the setup and execution of in-store events.
- Oversee product care and compliance with company standards.
- Handle goods receipt, storage, and preparation for sales floor display.
- Ensure compliance in shop-to-shop and returns transfers.
- Manage store maintenance, including contractor and emergency repairs.
- Liaise with Loss Prevention and Security for store issues.
- Support after-sales processes and client communication.
- Maintain back-of-house standards for optimal client experience.
- Prepare and conduct inventory checks and reconciliations.
- Manage damaged stock and monitor consignments.
- Coordinate cycle counts and provide training to minimize stock loss.
- Manage logistics, including packaging and shipping suppliers.
- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to management.
- Previous experience in retail operations.
- Flexibility for regular travel and occasional weekend or evening shifts.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of delivering retail excellence.
- Ability to establish credibility with team and external resources.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
