1. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines within the store.
2. Conduct regular in-store checks and audits to maintain adherence to set policies.
3. Support the onboarding process for new team members, providing comprehensive training on store operations.
4. Coordinate with external parties to secure necessary permits and documentation.
5. Assist the Operations Manager and/or Store Manager in implementing Fire Safety and Health & Safety procedures.
6. Facilitate the setup and execution of in-store events.
7. Oversee the management of goods receipt and storage, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company procedures.
8. Manage shop-to-shop and returns transfers in accordance with company guidelines.
9. Supervise store maintenance, including managing cleaning services and contractors.
10. Act as the first point of contact for operational issues, escalating as necessary.
11. Support the after-sales process, ensuring client and team updates.
12. Maintain back-of-house standards to enhance client experience.
13. Prepare and plan inventory checks, supporting stores with reconciliations and stock management.
14. Monitor and manage the flow of OMNI orders and adjustments.
15. Evaluate shipping suppliers to ensure cost-effective service.
16. Foster team collaboration, providing feedback and maintaining professionalism.

1. Previous experience in retail operations, demonstrating an ability to support efficient business operations.
2. Flexibility to travel regularly and work occasional weekend or evening shifts.
3. Proven track record of delivering retail excellence.
4. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
