Alexander McQueen Store Operations Associate

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines within the store.
- Conduct regular in-store checks and audits to maintain adherence to set policies.
- Support the onboarding process for new team members, providing comprehensive training on store operations.
- Coordinate with external parties to secure necessary permits and documentation.
- Assist the Operations Manager and/or Store Manager in implementing Fire Safety and Health & Safety procedures.
- Facilitate the setup and execution of in-store events.
- Oversee the management of goods receipt and storage, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company procedures.
- Manage shop-to-shop and returns transfers in accordance with company guidelines.
- Supervise store maintenance, including managing cleaning services and contractors.
- Act as the first point of contact for operational issues, escalating as necessary.
- Support the after-sales process, ensuring client and team updates.
- Maintain back-of-house standards to enhance client experience.
- Prepare and plan inventory checks, supporting stores with reconciliations and stock management.
- Monitor and manage the flow of OMNI orders and adjustments.
- Evaluate shipping suppliers to ensure cost-effective service.
- Foster team collaboration, providing feedback and maintaining professionalism.
- Previous experience in retail operations, demonstrating an ability to support efficient business operations.
- Flexibility to travel regularly and work occasional weekend or evening shifts.
- Proven track record of delivering retail excellence.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to establish credibility with team members and external resources.
- Motivation and drive to achieve outstanding results.
