- Ensure efficient and effective store operations in alignment with company policies and guidelines.
- Support the implementation of projects to enhance retail functions and maintain brand image.
- Conduct regular in-store checks and audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Assist in the onboarding of new team members with comprehensive operational training.
- Coordinate with external parties to secure necessary permits and documentation.
- Support the Operations Manager with fire safety and health procedures.
- Oversee product care and protection according to company guidelines.
- Manage goods receipt and storage, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
- Coordinate shop-to-shop and return transfers within company timelines.
- Act as the point of contact for store maintenance issues, liaising with cleaning companies and contractors.
- Respond to store emergencies to ensure timely repairs and services.
- Collaborate with Loss Prevention and Security on store issues.
- Manage after-sales processes and update store teams and clients accordingly.
- Order and distribute staff uniforms promptly.
- Maintain back-of-house standards to enhance client experience.
- Train Client Advisors on stock care and back-of-house organization.
- Plan and execute inventory checks and reconciliations.
- Manage in-store damaged stock and monitor consignments.
- Coordinate cycle counts and provide training to minimize stock loss.
- Manage OMNI orders to maintain service levels.
- Evaluate shipping suppliers for cost-effective service.
- Organize packaging and stationery both physically and on IT systems.
- Provide professional communication and teamwork in line with company behaviors.
- Demonstrated ability to embody Alexander McQueen's core behaviors.
- Previous experience in retail operations within a luxury fashion environment.
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Sound analytical and organizational skills.
- Capability to establish credibility with team members and external resources.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 35 lbs.
Previous experience in retail operations, particularly within a luxury fashion context, is required.
$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
