1. Ensure efficient and effective store operations in alignment with company policies and guidelines.
2. Support the implementation of projects to enhance retail functions and maintain brand image.
3. Conduct regular in-store checks and audits to ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
4. Assist in the onboarding of new team members with comprehensive operational training.
5. Coordinate with external parties to secure necessary permits and documentation.
6. Support the Operations Manager with fire safety and health procedures.
7. Oversee product care and protection according to company guidelines.
8. Manage goods receipt and storage, ensuring compliance with company procedures.
9. Coordinate shop-to-shop and return transfers within company timelines.
10. Act as the point of contact for store maintenance issues, liaising with cleaning companies and contractors.
11. Respond to store emergencies to ensure timely repairs and services.
12. Collaborate with Loss Prevention and Security on store issues.
13. Manage after-sales processes and update store teams and clients accordingly.
14. Order and distribute staff uniforms promptly.
15. Maintain back-of-house standards to enhance client experience.
16. Train Client Advisors on stock care and back-of-house organization.
17. Plan and execute inventory checks and reconciliations.
18. Manage in-store damaged stock and monitor consignments.
19. Coordinate cycle counts and provide training to minimize stock loss.
20. Manage OMNI orders to maintain service levels.
21. Evaluate shipping suppliers for cost-effective service.
22. Organize packaging and stationery both physically and on IT systems.
23. Provide professional communication and teamwork in line with company behaviors.

$22.00 - $24.00 per hour
