Alexander McQueen Store Operations Associate

- Ensure efficient and effective store operations in alignment with company policies and guidelines.
- Support the Corporate Operations Manager in maintaining high standards across store locations.
- Handle goods in-store, ensuring product care and compliance with KPIs and company procedures.
- Conduct regular in-store checks and audits to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
- Assist in the onboarding of new team members with comprehensive operational training.
- Coordinate with external parties for necessary permits and documentation.
- Support the execution of in-store events and ensure the protection of products.
- Manage goods receipt and storage, preparing products for the sales floor efficiently.
- Oversee shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with company guidelines.
- Act as a liaison for store maintenance, addressing emergencies and coordinating with contractors.
- Collaborate with Loss Prevention and Security on store issues as needed.
- Manage inventory checks, reconciliations, and damaged stock handling.
- Monitor and manage OMNI orders and ensure service levels are met.
- Evaluate shipping suppliers for cost-effective service and manage logistics and supplies.
- Provide professional communication and teamwork in line with company behaviors.
- Previous experience in retail operations, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
- Flexibility to travel regularly and work occasional weekend or evening shifts.
- Proven track record of delivering retail excellence and achieving operational KPIs.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 35 lbs.
Previous experience in retail operations, particularly in a luxury fashion environment, is required.
$22-25/hour
