1. Ensure efficient and effective store operations in alignment with company policies and guidelines.
2. Support the Corporate Operations Manager in maintaining high standards across store locations.
3. Handle goods in-store, ensuring product care and compliance with KPIs and company procedures.
4. Conduct regular in-store checks and audits to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
5. Assist in the onboarding of new team members with comprehensive operational training.
6. Coordinate with external parties for necessary permits and documentation.
7. Support the execution of in-store events and ensure the protection of products.
8. Manage goods receipt and storage, preparing products for the sales floor efficiently.
9. Oversee shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with company guidelines.
10. Act as a liaison for store maintenance, addressing emergencies and coordinating with contractors.
11. Collaborate with Loss Prevention and Security on store issues as needed.
12. Manage inventory checks, reconciliations, and damaged stock handling.
13. Monitor and manage OMNI orders and ensure service levels are met.
14. Evaluate shipping suppliers for cost-effective service and manage logistics and supplies.
15. Provide professional communication and teamwork in line with company behaviors.

1. Previous experience in retail operations, preferably within the luxury fashion sector.
2. Flexibility to travel regularly and work occasional weekend or evening shifts.
3. Proven track record of delivering retail excellence and achieving operational KPIs.

1. Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
2. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 35 lbs.

Previous experience in retail operations, particularly in a luxury fashion environment, is required.

$22-25/hour
