Alexander McQueen Store Operations Associate

- Support the Store/Corporate Operations Manager in ensuring efficient and effective store operations in alignment with company policies.
- Take initiative in identifying business needs and successfully support project implementation to enhance retail functions.
- Ensure the highest standards of store maintenance and brand representation in the in-store environment.
- Oversee the correct handling of goods in store, ensuring compliance with KPIs, guidelines, and company procedures.
- Conduct regular in-store checks and audits to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Assist in the onboarding of new team members, providing comprehensive information on store operations policies and guidelines.
- Coordinate with external parties to ensure all necessary permits and documentation are in order.
- Support the Operations Manager and/or Store Manager in implementing Fire Safety & Health & Safety procedures.
- Facilitate the setup of in-store events to ensure successful execution.
- Manage goods receipt and storage in accordance with company procedures, preparing products for sales floor presentation.
- Ensure compliance with company guidelines for shop-to-shop and returns transfers.
- Act as the point of contact for cleaning companies and contractors, addressing store emergencies promptly.
- Liaise with Loss Prevention and Security on store issues as necessary.
- Support the after-sales process, ensuring store team and clients are informed and updated.
- Order and distribute staff uniforms in a timely manner.
- Maintain back-of-house standards to enhance the client experience.
- Train Client Advisors on back-of-house organization and stock care.
- Prepare and plan inventory checks across all stores, supporting inventory reconciliations.
- Manage in-store damaged stock and monitor negative-on-hand and outstanding consignments.
- Coordinate cycle counts as per company guidelines and policies.
- Provide training to minimize stock loss and damages.
- Manage the flow of OMNI orders to guarantee required service levels.
- Ensure adherence to company guidelines in the event of theft, including communication and documentation.
- Achieve Operation KPIs and support overall store performance.
- Monitor in-transit shipments and liaise with relevant departments as needed.
- Manage and organize packaging and stationery both physically and on the IT system.
- Evaluate shipping suppliers and couriers for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Consistently exhibit professionalism in communication and teamwork, aligning with the House Code of Behaviours.
- Provide high-quality feedback to managers and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to embody Alexander McQueen's key behaviours.
- Previous experience in retail operations, contributing to efficient business operations.
- Flexibility for regular travel and occasional weekend or evening shifts.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
