Alexander McQueen Store Operations Associate

- Ensure store compliance with company policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Conduct regular in-store checks and audits.
- Assist with cash register operations and daily cash deposits.
- Support the onboarding of new team members.
- Liaise with external parties for permits and documentation.
- Assist in the execution of in-store events.
- Manage goods receipt and storage according to company procedures.
- Coordinate shop-to-shop and returns transfers.
- Act as the point of contact for cleaning companies and contractors.
- Handle store emergencies and liaise with Loss Prevention and Security.
- Oversee after-sales processes and client updates.
- Order and distribute staff uniforms.
- Maintain back-of-house standards.
- Train Client Advisors on stock care.
- Plan and execute inventory checks and cycle counts.
- Manage the Aftersales Program and repair processes.
- Monitor and follow up on stock discrepancies.
- Manage logistics and supplies, including packaging and stationery.
- Collaborate with team members and provide feedback to managers.
- Support sales team with consignment activities and client appointments.
- Assist with alterations and PR activities.
- Support Visual Merchandising team during floor changes.
- Previous experience in retail operations.
- Flexibility for travel and occasional weekend or evening shifts.
- Strong organizational and attention to detail skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven track record of delivering retail excellence.
- Ability to establish credibility with team members and external resources.
- Analytical and organizational skills.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift packages up to 35 lbs.
