3. Support the onboarding process for new team members regarding store operations policies.
4. Coordinate with external parties to secure necessary permits and documentation.
5. Assist in implementing Fire Safety and Health & Safety procedures.
6. Facilitate the setup and execution of in-store events.
7. Oversee the management of goods receipt and storage, ensuring alignment with company procedures.
8. Ensure compliance with company guidelines for shop-to-shop and returns transfers.
9. Act as the primary contact for cleaning companies and contractors.
10. Respond to store emergencies to ensure timely repairs and services.
11. Collaborate with Loss Prevention and Security on store issues.
12. Manage the after-sales process, updating store teams and clients.
13. Order and distribute staff uniforms efficiently.
14. Maintain back-of-house standards to enhance the client experience.
15. Train Client Advisors on stock care and back-of-house organization.
16. Prepare and plan inventory checks across all stores.
17. Manage in-store damaged stock and monitor negative-on-hand consignments.
18. Coordinate cycle counts as per company guidelines.
19. Provide training to minimize stock loss and damages.
20. Manage OMNI orders to ensure service level agreements are met.
21. Evaluate shipping suppliers for cost-effective services.
22. Consistently exhibit professionalism in communication and teamwork.
