Alexander McQueen Store Manager

- Exceed sales targets and KPIs by building and maintaining a strong client base.
- Analyze sales figures and CRM activities to develop and execute strategies for sales generation.
- Oversee in-store promotional displays and customer events, coordinating with visual merchandising and press departments.
- Resolve urgent issues by liaising with team members, colleagues, and customers.
- Provide exemplary customer service and diplomatically resolve customer situations in line with company policies.
- Adhere to and enforce visual merchandising guidelines.
- Review seasonal orders with sales associates to maximize merchandise potential.
- Conduct business recaps with sales associates focusing on sell-through.
- Lead and motivate staff by setting an exceptional example as a key member of the management team.
- Identify and manage performance issues to ensure fair and consistent processes.
- Conduct in-store training and coordinate the induction of new staff.
- Carry out yearly appraisals for all staff, providing feedback and setting development objectives.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in luxury fashion retail, including 2 years in a managerial role.
- Demonstrated ability to embody Alexander McQueen's key behaviors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface at all levels.
At least 8 years of experience in luxury fashion retail, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial position.
