1. Exceed sales targets and KPIs by building and maintaining a strong client base.
2. Analyze sales figures and CRM activities to develop and execute strategies for sales generation.
3. Oversee in-store promotional displays and customer events, coordinating with visual merchandising and press departments.
4. Resolve urgent issues by liaising with team members, colleagues, and customers.
5. Provide exemplary customer service and diplomatically resolve customer situations in line with company policies.
6. Adhere to and enforce visual merchandising guidelines.
7. Review seasonal orders with sales associates to maximize merchandise potential.
8. Conduct business recaps with sales associates focusing on sell-through.
9. Lead and motivate staff by setting an exceptional example as a key member of the management team.
10. Identify and manage performance issues to ensure fair and consistent processes.
11. Conduct in-store training and coordinate the induction of new staff.
12. Carry out yearly appraisals for all staff, providing feedback and setting development objectives.

1. Minimum 8 years of experience in luxury fashion retail, including 2 years in a managerial role.

1. Demonstrated ability to embody Alexander McQueen's key behaviors.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
3. Strong multitasking and prioritization skills.
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface at all levels.

At least 8 years of experience in luxury fashion retail, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial position.
