1. Exceed all sales targets and KPIs by building and maintaining a strong client base.
2. Analyze sales figures and CRM activities to develop immediate and long-term goal plans.
3. Oversee in-store promotional displays and customer events, liaising with visual merchandising and press departments.
4. Resolve urgent issues by liaising with team members, colleagues, and customers.
5. Showcase exemplary customer service and resolve customer situations diplomatically.
6. Adhere to and reinforce the brand's visual merchandising guidelines.
7. Review seasonal orders with sales associates to ensure full merchandise potential.
8. Conduct business recaps with sales associates focusing on sell-through.
9. Lead and motivate staff as a key member of the management team.
10. Identify and manage performance issues to ensure fair and consistent processes.
11. Conduct in-store training and coordinate the induction of new staff.
12. Carry out yearly appraisals and provide constructive feedback, setting individual development objectives.

1. Minimum 8 years of experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role within luxury fashion brands.

1. Demonstrate desired Alexander McQueen behaviors.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
3. Comfortable with multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks.
4. Strong communication skills with the ability to interface at all levels.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in store management within luxury fashion brands, including at least 2 years in a managerial position.
