1. Exceed all sales targets and KPIs by building and maintaining a strong client base.
2. Analyze sales figures and CRM activities to develop both immediate and long-term sales strategies.
3. Oversee in-store promotional displays and customer events, coordinating with visual merchandising and press departments.
4. Liaise with team members, colleagues, and customers to identify and resolve urgent issues.
5. Showcase exemplary customer service and diplomatically resolve customer situations while adhering to company policies.
6. Adhere to and reinforce the brand's visual merchandising guidelines.
7. Review seasonal orders with sales associates to maximize merchandise potential.
8. Conduct business recaps with sales associates focusing on sell-through.
9. Lead and motivate staff by setting an exceptional example as a key member of the management team.
10. Identify and manage performance issues to ensure fair and consistent processes are followed.
11. Conduct in-store training, including new staff induction and product knowledge sessions.
12. Carry out yearly appraisals for all staff, providing constructive feedback and setting development objectives.

1. Minimum 8 years of experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role within luxury fashion retail.

2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Strong communication skills with the ability to interface with personnel at all levels.

A minimum of 8 years in luxury fashion retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
