Alexander McQueen Store Manager

- Exceed all sales targets and KPIs by building and maintaining a strong client base.
- Analyze sales figures and CRM activities to develop both immediate and long-term sales strategies.
- Oversee in-store promotional displays and customer events, coordinating with visual merchandising and press departments.
- Liaise with team members, colleagues, and customers to identify and resolve urgent issues.
- Showcase exemplary customer service and diplomatically resolve customer situations while adhering to company policies.
- Adhere to and reinforce the brand's visual merchandising guidelines.
- Review seasonal orders with sales associates to maximize merchandise potential.
- Conduct business recaps with sales associates focusing on sell-through.
- Lead and motivate staff by setting an exceptional example as a key member of the management team.
- Identify and manage performance issues to ensure fair and consistent processes are followed.
- Conduct in-store training, including new staff induction and product knowledge sessions.
- Carry out yearly appraisals for all staff, providing constructive feedback and setting development objectives.
- Minimum 8 years of experience with at least 2 years in a managerial role within luxury fashion retail.
- Demonstrate desired Alexander McQueen behaviors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interface with personnel at all levels.
A minimum of 8 years in luxury fashion retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
