Alexander McQueen Store Manager

- Exceed sales targets and KPIs by building and maintaining a strong client base.
- Analyze sales figures and CRM activities to develop strategic sales plans.
- Oversee in-store promotional displays and customer events, coordinating with visual merchandising and press departments.
- Resolve urgent issues by liaising with team members, colleagues, and customers.
- Provide exemplary customer service and diplomatically resolve customer situations.
- Adhere to and reinforce visual merchandising guidelines.
- Review seasonal orders with sales associates to maximize merchandise potential.
- Conduct business recaps with sales associates, focusing on sell-through.
- Lead and motivate staff as a key member of the management team.
- Identify and manage performance issues, ensuring fair and consistent processes.
- Conduct in-store training and coordinate the induction of new staff.
- Carry out yearly appraisals and provide comprehensive feedback, setting individual development objectives.
- Minimum 8 years of experience, including 2 years in a managerial role within luxury fashion store management.
- Demonstrated alignment with Alexander McQueen's key behaviors.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interface with personnel at all levels.
A minimum of 8 years in the luxury fashion industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
