1. Exceed sales targets and KPIs by building and maintaining a strong client base.
2. Analyze sales figures and CRM activities to develop and execute strategies for sales generation.
3. Oversee in-store promotional displays and customer events, coordinating with visual merchandising and press departments.
4. Liaise with team members, colleagues, and customers to resolve urgent issues.
5. Provide exemplary customer service and diplomatically resolve customer situations while adhering to company policies.
6. Ensure adherence to the brand's visual merchandising guidelines.
7. Review seasonal orders with sales associates to maximize merchandise potential.
8. Conduct business recaps with sales associates focusing on sell-through.
9. Lead and motivate staff as a key member of the management team.
10. Identify and manage performance issues to ensure fair and consistent processes.
11. Conduct in-store training, including induction of new staff and product knowledge sharing.
12. Perform yearly appraisals for all staff, providing feedback and setting development objectives.

1. Minimum 8 years of experience, including 2 years in a managerial role within luxury fashion retail.

1. Demonstrated ability to embody Alexander McQueen's key behaviors.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
4. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with internal and external personnel at all levels.

A minimum of 8 years in luxury fashion retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
