- Exceed sales targets and KPIs by building and maintaining a strong client base.
- Analyze sales figures and CRM activities to develop strategic sales plans.
- Oversee in-store promotional displays and customer events, coordinating with visual merchandising and press departments.
- Liaise with team members, colleagues, and customers to resolve urgent issues.
- Provide exemplary customer service and resolve customer situations diplomatically.
- Adhere to and reinforce visual merchandising guidelines.
- Review seasonal orders with sales associates to maximize merchandise potential.
- Conduct business recaps with sales associates focusing on sell-through.
- Lead and motivate staff by setting an exceptional example.
- Identify and manage performance issues to ensure fair and consistent processes.
- Conduct in-store training and coordinate the induction of new staff.
- Carry out yearly appraisals and provide constructive feedback, setting individual development objectives.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in luxury fashion retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Demonstrated Alexander McQueen key behaviors: empowerment, teamwork, respect, and kindness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to interface at all levels.
A minimum of 8 years in luxury fashion retail, including 2 years in a managerial capacity, is required.
