1. Exceed all sales targets and KPIs by building and maintaining a strong client base.
2. Analyze sales figures and CRM activities to develop immediate and long-term goal plans.
3. Oversee in-store promotional displays and customer events, collaborating with visual merchandising and press departments.
4. Liaise with team members, colleagues, and customers to identify and resolve urgent issues.
5. Showcase exemplary customer service and resolve customer situations diplomatically.
6. Adhere to and reinforce the brand's visual merchandising guidelines.
7. Review seasonal orders with sales associates to ensure merchandise potential.
8. Conduct business recaps with sales associates focusing on sell-through.
9. Lead and motivate staff by setting an exceptional example.
10. Identify and manage performance issues to ensure fair and consistent processes.
11. Conduct in-store training, coordinate the induction of new staff, and share product knowledge.
12. Carry out yearly appraisals for all staff, providing feedback and setting development objectives.

1. Minimum 8 years of experience in luxury fashion brands, including 2 years in a managerial role.

1. Demonstrate desired Alexander McQueen behaviors.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
3. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
4. Strong communication skills with the ability to interface with personnel at all levels.

A minimum of 8 years of experience in luxury fashion brands, with at least 2 years in a managerial position.
