- Exceed sales targets and KPIs by building and maintaining a strong client base.
- Analyze sales figures and CRM activities to develop and execute strategies for sales generation.
- Oversee in-store promotional displays and customer events, coordinating with visual merchandising and press departments.
- Collaborate with team members and customers to resolve urgent issues and provide exemplary customer service.
- Adhere to and reinforce the brand's visual merchandising guidelines.
- Review seasonal orders with sales associates to ensure merchandise potential is maximized.
- Conduct business recaps with sales associates focusing on sell-through.
- Lead and motivate staff by setting an exceptional example and managing performance issues.
- Conduct in-store training, coordinate new staff induction, and provide product knowledge.
- Perform yearly appraisals for staff, providing feedback and setting development objectives.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in luxury fashion brands, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Demonstrate Alexander McQueen's key behaviors of empowerment, teamwork, respect, and kindness.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interface with internal and external personnel at all levels.
