Alexander McQueen Store Director
Alexander McQueen, a renowned British luxury fashion house established in 1992 by Lee Alexander McQueen, is celebrated for its unique expression of individuality and subversive strength. - Lead and support all store activities to achieve business objectives and ensure an unparalleled client experience.
- Develop and implement store strategy and vision, providing recommendations based on store results.
- Ensure integrity in store operations, loss prevention compliance, human resources management, and visual merchandising.
- Drive team to exceed financial targets and maximize sales performance.
- Propose and develop action plans through careful analysis of store performance.
- Represent the company within the local market to increase foot traffic and build client relationships.
- Foster omni-channel awareness and encourage the use of digital tools to enhance client relationships.
- Train and communicate current collection knowledge to all associates.
- Oversee annual review process and set employee goals.
- Attract, recruit, and retain a high-performing team.
- Ensure a consistent onboarding experience for new hires.
- Manage store expenses and maintain operating budget.
- Comply with all loss prevention audits and inventory reconciliations.
- Support and maintain visual merchandising standards set by headquarters.
- Significant sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Proven ability to drive store performance.
- Strong business acumen and commercial awareness.
- Experience in budget management.
- Demonstrated leadership and coaching abilities.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Significant experience in sales management within the retail or luxury retail sector is required.
