Alexander McQueen Stock Controller / Store Operations Associate

- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure efficient store operations in alignment with company policies.
- Develop and review the Retail Operations Manual for store teams.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Facilitate the onboarding of new store employees, providing necessary resources and information.
- Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance operational efficiencies.
- Analyze store operations and propose improvements for operational management.
- Coordinate with external parties to secure necessary permits and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to Fire Safety and Health & Safety procedures.
- Support the execution of in-store events.
- Manage the receipt, storage, and preparation of goods for the sales floor.
- Oversee shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with company guidelines.
- Manage cleaning services and schedule contractors for store maintenance.
- Act as the primary contact for store operational issues, escalating as needed.
- Support inventory checks and reconciliations across all stores.
- Monitor and manage in-store damaged stock and negative-on-hand consignments.
- Streamline the ordering of supplies and manage courier and shipping accounts.
- Previous experience in retail operations with a focus on efficiency.
- Flexibility for regular travel and occasional weekend or evening shifts.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Demonstrated success in delivering retail excellence.
- Ability to establish credibility with team members and external partners.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
