Alexander McQueen Stock Controller / Store Operations Associate

1. Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure efficient store operations in alignment with company policies.
2. Develop and review the Retail Operations Manual for store teams.
3. Conduct audits to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
4. Facilitate the onboarding of new store employees, providing necessary resources and information.
5. Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance operational efficiencies.
6. Analyze store operations and propose improvements for operational management.
7. Coordinate with external parties to secure necessary permits and documentation.
8. Ensure adherence to Fire Safety and Health & Safety procedures.
9. Support the execution of in-store events.
10. Manage the receipt, storage, and preparation of goods for the sales floor.
11. Oversee shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with company guidelines.
12. Manage cleaning services and schedule contractors for store maintenance.
13. Act as the primary contact for store operational issues, escalating as needed.
14. Support inventory checks and reconciliations across all stores.
15. Monitor and manage in-store damaged stock and negative-on-hand consignments.
16. Streamline the ordering of supplies and manage courier and shipping accounts.

1. Previous experience in retail operations with a focus on efficiency.
2. Flexibility for regular travel and occasional weekend or evening shifts.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.
5. Demonstrated success in delivering retail excellence.
6. Ability to establish credibility with team members and external partners.
7. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
