1. Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure efficient and effective store operations in alignment with company policies.
2. Initiate and support projects to enhance retail functions and maintain high standards of store locations and brand image.
3. Oversee the correct handling of goods, product care, and compliance with KPIs and company procedures.
4. Develop and review retail operations manuals and ensure adherence to policies and procedures through audits.
5. Facilitate the onboarding of store employees, providing necessary information and resources.
6. Streamline and improve operational efficiencies, analyze store operations, and suggest improvements.
7. Ensure compliance with safety procedures and support in-store event setups.
8. Manage goods receipt, storage, and preparation for sales floor placement, optimizing timing efficiency.
9. Coordinate shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with company guidelines.
10. Manage cleaning services and contractor schedules for store and office maintenance.
11. Act as the primary contact for store operational issues, liaising with Loss Prevention and Security as needed.
12. Prepare and plan inventory checks, support inventory reconciliations, and manage in-store damaged stock.
13. Streamline supply ordering, manage courier accounts, and maintain packaging inventory levels.
14. Coordinate with the Store Planning team for new store openings and operational setups.

2. Flexibility for regular travel and occasional weekend or evening shifts.
3. Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
4. Motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
5. Proven track record of delivering retail excellence.

8. Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
