Alexander McQueen Stock Controller / Store Operations Associate

- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to ensure efficient and effective store operations in alignment with company policies.
- Initiate and support projects to enhance retail functions and maintain high standards of store locations and brand image.
- Oversee the correct handling of goods, product care, and compliance with KPIs and company procedures.
- Develop and review retail operations manuals and ensure adherence to policies and procedures through audits.
- Facilitate the onboarding of store employees, providing necessary information and resources.
- Streamline and improve operational efficiencies, analyze store operations, and suggest improvements.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures and support in-store event setups.
- Manage goods receipt, storage, and preparation for sales floor placement, optimizing timing efficiency.
- Coordinate shop-to-shop and returns transfers in compliance with company guidelines.
- Manage cleaning services and contractor schedules for store and office maintenance.
- Act as the primary contact for store operational issues, liaising with Loss Prevention and Security as needed.
- Prepare and plan inventory checks, support inventory reconciliations, and manage in-store damaged stock.
- Streamline supply ordering, manage courier accounts, and maintain packaging inventory levels.
- Coordinate with the Store Planning team for new store openings and operational setups.
- Previous experience in retail operations with a focus on efficiency.
- Flexibility for regular travel and occasional weekend or evening shifts.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Proven track record of delivering retail excellence.
- Ability to establish credibility with team members and external resources.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
