1. Consolidate all EMEA financials to provide a comprehensive overview of regional performance.
2. Review Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow with country controllers, highlighting key variances against forecasts and budget.
3. Serve as the liaison between country controllers and the global finance function.
4. Act as the finance business partner for all corporate functions.
5. Coordinate the forecasting and budgeting process to project future trends in the region.
6. Standardize reporting procedures for controllers across EMEA countries.
7. Present monthly financial figures to the global finance function.
8. Draft presentations for upper management.

1. Demonstrate Alexander McQueen's key behaviours: empowerment, teamwork, respect, and kindness.
2. Strong financial communication and presentation skills, with solid business acumen.
3. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities, demonstrate proactivity, and engage in strategic thinking.
4. Proficiency in HFM, Excel, and PowerPoint.

A minimum of 7 years in commercial controlling or FP&A, preferably within the retail industry.
