- Provide exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating an excellent knowledge of products and McQueen's heritage.
- Proactively engage in cross-selling opportunities across all product categories.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized approaches, supported by CRM and digital tools.
- Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments.
- Exceed individual financial targets and contribute to the store's success.
- Foster open communication with team members and propose effective solutions.
- Maintain shopfloor standards and product levels in accordance with company policies.
- Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.

- Assist management in daily operations, including floor management and stock operations.
- Support team development through mentoring and buddying activities.
- Provide support to other Client Advisors and demonstrate understanding of company policies.

- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service.
