- Provide exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating extensive product knowledge and brand heritage.
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across all product categories.
- Develop and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools to enhance client loyalty.
- Engage clients with insights on fashion trends and luxury market developments.
- Exceed individual financial targets and contribute to the store's overall success.
- Foster open communication and collaboration with team members, promoting a positive work environment.
- Maintain high shopfloor standards and product levels in accordance with company policies.
- Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
- Adhere to company grooming standards and policies.
- Ensure compliance with visual merchandising, operational, and stock procedures.
- Assist management with daily operations, including floor management and stock operations.
- Support team development through mentoring and buddying activities.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of company policies and support other client advisors as needed.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Fluency in English and French.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent selling skills and ability to overcome objections.
- Client-centric approach with an entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of luxury products and fashion trends.
- Proficiency in using digital retail tools and CRM.
- Ability to be mobile for extended periods.
Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies or customer service-related fields.
