- Provide exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of products and McQueen's history and heritage.
- Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the store.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through personalized approaches and the use of CRM and digital tools to enhance client loyalty.
- Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to the store's overall success.
- Foster open communication with team members, adopting a collaborative approach and proposing effective solutions.
- Maintain a continual learning mindset by actively seeking feedback from colleagues and management.
- Ensure shop floor standards and appropriate product levels are maintained in line with company policies and procedures.
- Strengthen client loyalty by participating in clienteling initiatives.
- Adhere to company grooming standards in accordance with AMQ policies.
- Comply with company procedures and guidelines on visual merchandising, operational guidelines, and stock procedures.
- Assist management in daily operations, including floor management, stock operations, and opening/closing duties.
- Support managers in team development through mentoring and buddying activities.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of company policies and provide support to other client advisors as needed.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service.
- Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Genuine interest in fashion and awareness of industry trends.
- Team-player mentality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong selling skills and ability to overcome objections.
- Client-centric approach and entrepreneurial spirit.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Mobility for extended periods of time.
- Proficiency in English; a third language is an asset.
Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service.
