1. Provide exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating excellent product knowledge and understanding of AMQ history and heritage.
2. Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing a passion for fashion and luxury products.
3. Foster open and constructive communication with team members, taking a collaborative approach and proposing effective solutions when needed.
4. Contribute to the visual display of products in accordance with AMQ visual standards.
5. Ensure store functional maintenance and appropriate levels of products on the sales floor, in line with corporate policies and procedures.
6. Adhere to company grooming standards and policies.
7. Exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to the store's success.
8. Proactively seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories available in the store.
9. Maintain and develop client relationships through a personalized approach, supported by CRM and digital tools.
10. Strengthen client loyalty by participating in department or store clienteling initiatives.
11. Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, client services, and company policies and procedures.
12. Operate with the highest level of care and respect for the product.
13. Comply with company procedures on operational guidelines, stock procedures, cash activity, inventory, logistics, and reporting activities.
