- Provide exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating extensive knowledge of products and brand heritage.
- Proactively seize cross-selling opportunities across all product categories.
- Maintain and develop client relationships using CRM and digital tools to enhance client loyalty.
- Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing passion for fashion and luxury products.
- Exceed individual financial targets and contribute to the store's overall success.
- Foster open communication with team members and propose effective solutions.
- Maintain shopfloor standards and ensure appropriate product levels on the sales floor.
- Participate in clienteling initiatives to strengthen client loyalty.
- Comply with company procedures on visual merchandising, operational guidelines, and stock procedures.
- Assist management in daily operations, including floor management and stock operations.
- Support managers in team development through mentoring activities.
- Demonstrate a thorough understanding of company policies and support other client advisors as needed.
- Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail or customer service.
- Ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.
- Genuine interest in fashion and industry trends.
- Team-player mentality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong selling skills and ability to overcome objections.
- Client-centric approach and entrepreneurial spirit.

- Physical ability to be mobile for extended periods and lift packages up to 10 lbs.
Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies or customer service-related fields is required.
