1. Deliver exceptional client experiences by greeting, listening, and assisting clients, demonstrating extensive knowledge of products and the brand's heritage.
2. Engage with clients on fashion trends and luxury market developments, showcasing passion for fashion and luxury products.
3. Foster open communication with team members, proposing effective solutions collaboratively.
4. Contribute to the visual merchandising of products in line with brand standards.
5. Ensure store maintenance and product availability on the sales floor, adhering to corporate policies.
6. Adhere to company grooming standards and policies.
7. Exceed individual financial targets and maximize sales performance, contributing to store success.
8. Proactively identify cross-selling opportunities across all product categories.
9. Develop and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.
10. Enhance client loyalty through participation in clienteling initiatives.
11. Stay updated on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies.
12. Handle products with the utmost care and respect.
13. Comply with operational guidelines, stock procedures, and reporting activities as per company policies.

1. Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies.
2. Demonstrated ability to drive and exceed individual and store KPIs.

Proven experience in a similar role within fashion retail companies is required.
