Alexander McQueen Senior Client Advisor

- Deliver an exceptional luxury client experience by proactively greeting, listening to and advising clients, demonstrating deep knowledge of products and brand heritage.
- Own and develop a portfolio of client relationships through bespoke clienteling, leveraging CRM and digital tools to maximise loyalty and repeat business.
- Proactively identify and convert cross‑selling opportunities across all product categories to exceed individual sales targets and store KPIs.
- Maintain impeccable shopfloor standards and merchandising in accordance with House visual and operational guidelines.
- Execute stock, cash and inventory procedures accurately and complete required reporting and administrative tasks for head office.
- Foster collaborative team dynamics, promote a positive working environment aligned with the House Code of Behaviours, and engage in continuous learning through feedback and training.
- Proven experience in a client‑facing role within luxury or premium fashion retail, or equivalent customer service experience.
- Demonstrable track record of meeting or exceeding individual and store KPIs and sales targets.
- Genuine passion for fashion and the luxury market, with up‑to‑date awareness of industry trends and social media landscape.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong selling and objection‑handling capabilities.
- Customer‑centric and entrepreneurial mindset, able to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Physically able to be mobile for extended periods, climb a ladder and lift light packages (approximately 10 lbs) as required.
