Alexander McQueen SAP IT Project Manager

- Serve as the primary IT contact for SAP-related issues in supply chain operations, including order management, warehouse operations, financial flows, and master data management.
- Collaborate with business users and group IT to address incidents, integration bugs, and enhancement requests.
- Coordinate with other brands and group teams to resolve cross-brand issues and identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage testing and validation of bug fixes and enhancements to ensure minimal operational disruption.
- Provide guidance and training to users on SAP usage, including SAP Analysis for Office (AFO).
- Propose and document business-relevant improvements to existing SAP processes and configurations.
- Create functional specifications for application development and oversee their implementation.
- Coordinate with security teams regarding user roles and authorizations.
- Act as the SAP referent for business and IT teams requiring integration or interaction with SAP.
- Oversee the implementation of SAP for Retail in international regions, ensuring alignment with brand-specific processes.
- Coordinate project phases from design to deployment, collaborating with local teams on training and change management.
- Support users post-rollout in the new retail scope.
- Experience in a functional or IT project coordination role with SAP, preferably FMS ECC6.
- Strong understanding of SAP SD, FI, and MDM modules.
- Familiarity with SAP AFO and ability to train users on its usage.
- Exposure to retail and fashion industry processes is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Italian is advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively with IT and business teams.
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to resolve complex issues.
Proven experience in SAP functional or IT project coordination roles, particularly within the fashion or retail industry.
