1. Serve as the primary IT contact for SAP-related issues within the supply chain stream, including order management, warehouse operations, financial flows, and master data management.
2. Liaise with business users and group IT to address incidents, integration bugs, and enhancement requests.
3. Coordinate with other brands and group teams to resolve cross-brand issues and identify improvement opportunities.
4. Manage testing and validation of bug fixes and enhancements to minimize operational disruptions.
5. Provide guidance and training to users on SAP usage, including SAP Analysis for Office (AFO).
6. Propose and formalize business-relevant improvements to existing SAP processes and configurations.
7. Create functional specifications for application developments and oversee their progress.
8. Coordinate with security teams regarding user roles and authorizations.
9. Lead the implementation of SAP for Retail in international regions, ensuring alignment with brand-specific processes.
10. Collaborate with local teams on training, change management, and go-live support.
11. Post-rollout, act as the support referent for users in the new retail scope.

1. Experience working with SAP in a functional or IT project coordination role, preferably FMS ECC6.
2. Strong understanding of SAP SD, FI, and MDM modules.
3. Familiarity with SAP AFO and ability to train users.
4. Previous exposure to retail and fashion industry processes is highly desirable.
5. Fluency in English; Italian language skills are advantageous.
