Alexander McQueen SAP Business Analyst

- Serve as the primary IT contact for SAP-related issues within the supply chain stream, including order management, central warehouse operations, financial flows, and master data management.
- Liaise with business users and group IT to address incidents, integration bugs, and enhancement requests.
- Coordinate with other brands and group teams to resolve cross-brand issues and identify improvement opportunities.
- Manage testing and validation of bug fixes and enhancements to ensure minimal disruption to operations.
- Provide guidance and training to users on SAP usage, including SAP Analysis for Office (AFO).
- Propose and formalize business-relevant improvements to existing SAP processes and configurations.
- Create functional specifications for application development and oversee their progress.
- Coordinate with security teams regarding user roles and authorizations.
- Oversee the international rollout of SAP for Retail in AMER, EMEA, and Japan, ensuring alignment with brand-specific business processes.
- Collaborate with local teams on training, change management, and go-live support.
- Post-rollout, serve as the support referent for users in the new retail scope.
- Experience in a functional or IT project coordination role with SAP (FMS ECC6 preferred).
- Strong understanding of SAP SD, FI, and MDM modules.
- Familiarity with SAP AFO (Analysis for Office) and ability to train users.
- Exposure to retail and fashion industry processes is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; Italian language skills are advantageous.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a structured approach.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and communicate effectively with both IT and business teams.
- Team-oriented mindset.
Experience working with SAP in a functional or IT project coordination role, particularly with FMS ECC6.
